Northwest Security Services Online Reporting System

Employee & Customer Log-In Location Change & Branding Update

With the integration of Northwest Security Services into Allied Universal, for a period of time we will be retaining and maintaining the backend reporting for the Online Reporting System (ORS). However, there will be some minor changes cosmetically on the front end that you should take note of before and after the go live integration date:

• Prior to 3/5/21 both employees and customers would log in to the Online Reporting System for reporting at https://nwss.com/. On and after 3/5/21 this log in will be placed on https://ors.aus.com. This page will have verbiage for employees and customers verifying the new page to log into. Upon entering their log ins, the user will be taken to a rebranded, Allied Universal Online Reporting System.
• The functionality of the current back end will all look the same to our employees and customers but the branding will no longer be that of Northwest Security Services but rather Allied Universal.

Please continue to follow the same reporting procedures that were in place before but take note of the new places to log into the system and the new branding.
